Travel

For our out-of-town guests, we recommend flying into Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (PVD), which is about a 45-minute drive from Stonington/Mystic. Bradley International Airport (BDL) is the next best option, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Tweed New Haven Airport also offers limited flight options and is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Guests may also consider flying into Boston Logan or New York City airports, though the drive will be longer—around two to three hours. Rental cars are available at all airports. Guests can also take an Uber or Lyft to Stonington from any of the listed airports, though pricing varies depending on availability and timing.

Transportation

Shuttles will be provided for guests staying at any of the host hotels to and from all wedding events. We strongly recommend utilizing this option, as parking is limited or unavailable at the event locations. Please click on the Shuttle Schedule for more details. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, though availability can vary. We recommend planning ahead, or coordinating transportation with other guests if possible.

Stay

Our host hotels for the weekend are listed below. All three hotels are located in Mystic, CT, which is just one town over from Stonington. We strongly encourage guests to stay at one of the host hotels, as transportation to and from the wedding events will be provided. For guests looking at alternative options, vacation home rentals are also available in the area through VRBO or Airbnb. We recommend looking at rental options in Stonington, Mystic, Groton Long Point, and Noank, CT; or Westerly, and Pawcatuck, RI.

Travel, Transportation, & Stay

Friday, July 10: Welcome Party at 55 Church ST, Stonington, CT 

Pick up times at host hotels: 6:30 &amp; 6:45pm. Return shuttles will be available to take guests back to the host hotels.

Saturday, July 11: Wedding Day

Pick up times pre-ceremony at host hotels: 2:15pm- please be outside five minutes before pick up. Pick up post-ceremony at 55 Church ST: 3:30pm - Guests will be transported from 55 Church ST to the reception at 574 N Main ST. Return Shuttles - return shuttles will be available as the evening winds down to take you back to your host hotel or to the afterparty at Milestone. No parking is available at the reception location.

Casual Cocktail Attire

Dressy but relaxed. Think cocktail dresses, sundresses, or blouses with skirts/pants for women, paired with dressy flats, sandals, or heels. For men, think slacks or chinos with a button-down or polo. Jackets optional; ties not required. Avoid overly casual items like jeans or sneakers. Please note this is an outdoor event.

Ceremony & Reception

Garden Party Formal

Think suits or jackets and ties; midi, maxi, or tea-length dresses. Summery colors, patterns, and airy fabrics encouraged. Please note that the event will be outdoors and on grass, so consider practical footwear and dress lengths. Are children invited?

We respectfully request that our celebration be an adults-only event, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Will the event be wheelchair accessible? 

While the events will take place on grass, all bathrooms are accessible, and we are putting in flat walkways to make the locations as accessible as possible.

Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that only guests named on the invitation attend.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

You’ll be able to note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Is there parking at the venues?

There is limited parking available at the welcome party and ceremony venue. Parking is not available at the reception venue. Please see our alternative transportation options and plan accordingly.
